Our Community Impact
Connecting Families, Strengthening Communities, Building Pathways to Care
Established in 2024, Hawaiʻi Wellness Mobility Network, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to improving access to health, wellness, mobility resources, and family support throughout Hawaiʻi.
Building on the needs observed through pediatric physical therapy and community engagement, our organization works to connect families with resources, strengthen caregiver support, improve care coordination, promote early identification of developmental and mobility concerns, and expand opportunities for community education and healthcare workforce development.

Our Impact in Numbers
HWMN has reached more than 300 individuals and families through outreach, advocacy, and wellness programming.
This reach reflects our organization’s broader community-based role: helping people connect with information, community resources, wellness activities, family support, and opportunities to engage with service providers.
Interns, Students, and Volunteers Engaged
HWMN has engaged twelve documented interns, students, and volunteers across health administration, community outreach, research, public health, grant writing, fundraising, partnership coordination, health promotion, and communications.
